WHAT IS EXCEL’S TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING PROGRAM?

Boys and girls of all ages love to jump around and tumble.
Jumping on a trampoline is only one of the four events included in EXCEL’S NEWEST Program.
The gymnastics discipline of  Trampoline & Tumbling is often referred to as T&T.
The other events included are synchronized trampoline, double mini-trampoline, and power tumbling.
Both girls and boys can participate in all four T&T events.

In trampoline, at the Elite Level, you are sure to see numerous high-flying skills that include:
multiple flips and twists combined into one "routine".

Participation at the beginning level can also be thrilling and exciting while more basic.
Bouncing high, learning body control, and developing spatial awareness are all adventures of the sport of
Trampoline & Tumbling or T&T.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN EXCEL’S
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING PROGRAM?

Athletes of all ages and body types can enjoy and benefit from our
NEW Trampoline and Tumbling Program.
T&T is GREAT for athletes who are looking for something different or
need to adjust their busy schedule to accommodate other outside scheduling conflicts.

Preschool Trampoline & Tumbling classes are a great way to keep those very active little ones engaged in
class time utilizing quick moving rotations that allow them to keep jumping and rolling.

    sportsmanship.
  • Accomplishment of goals—setting goals and working to achieve them.
